After almost a two month break waiting for an approval from O'Reilly I have finally been given the go ahead and assigned an editor for my next book. I thought my holidays were going to be relaxing but the tentative publishing date is February 16th. Look for "Why CMMI? - An executive perspective on the cost of adopting process" this February.
My next book will be a more personal perspective on being a leader at home. I am hoping my son will write a chapter or two on learning on how to become a leader from the example of his parents.
